Pazhampori / Banana Fritters:

- Let’s prepare the batter first 1. Maidha-1 cup 2. Water-3/4 3. Orange colour powder-1/4 teaspoon 4. Salt -a pinch 5. Sugar-1/2 cup
- In a bowl add maidha and pour water accordingly and mix without any lumps.
- add a pinch of salt and food colour & mix .
- Finally add sugar and mix well. Batter ready!!!!
- Now peel the banana skin and slice it and put it in the batter so that banana gets coated well.
- Heat oil in pan. Keep in high flame and drop the maidha coated banana and deep fry
- keep in medium flame later so that it gets cooked well
- once its colour changes remove from oil and enjoy!!!!!!
